Important Operational Notes
Processing: Orders submitted outside of operating hours will be processed on the following business day.
Packaging: Please notify us if the by-product is contaminated with packaging material.
Cancellations: Please inform our company in a timely manner if you wish to cancel an order. If no by-product is handed over during the site visit, transport costs will be invoiced.
Accessibility:
Always place the by-product or carcass intended for collection in an easily accessible location.
Please inform us in advance if accessibility to the location is hindered by weather conditions or other factors.

Important Information for Livestock Keepers Regarding Transport:
Safe and Compliant Disposal to Prevent Epidemics
Preserving the country's favorable animal health status and restoring disease-free status as quickly as possible following an outbreak is a shared interest and responsibility for all of us. ATEV Zrt. is committed to the safe and efficient disposal of fallen animals, contributing to disease prevention and environmental protection. However, this remains a collective responsibility across the entire livestock farming and processing chain.
ATEV Zrt. aims to ensure the seamless collection of fallen animals and by-products. To achieve this, it is essential that livestock keepers comply with all relevant rules and regulations. To prevent epidemics, authorities strictly monitor ATEV Zrt.’s operations and expect us to act with the utmost care.
Why is Compliance Important?
Prevention: The primary objective is epidemic prevention.
Public & Animal Health Responsibility: Professional disposal of fallen animals and by-products is essential to prevent the spread of infections.
Environmental Protection: Improper disposal can cause severe environmental damage.
Effective Cooperation: Compliance by livestock keepers ensures that ATEV Zrt. can carry out collections smoothly.
In daily operations, ATEV Zrt. takes every measure to ensure our vehicles do not become potential vectors for virus transmission. Our drivers receive regular training, are familiar with relevant epidemic prevention regulations as well as technical requirements, and perform their duties accordingly.
Responsibilities of Livestock Keepers
Selective Collection: Category 1, 2, and 3 animal by-products must be collected in separate containers.
Contamination-Free Delivery: Handed-over by-products must not contain:
Cooking oil, swill, straw, soil, metal parts
Cleaning agents and disinfectants, plastics, binders, packaging materials
Rubber gloves, sharp tools, bulky waste, plastic crates, boxes, glass
Clothing, electronics, pesticides, rubber tires, construction rubble, cigarette butts, or other contaminants.
On-Site Safety Measures: Provision of a closed handover area and containerized storage.
Note: If handed-over by-products contain foreign materials, ATEV Zrt. reserves the right to reclassify them into a lower category and charge an additional fee to cover the incurred costs.
