What Must Livestock Keepers Do?
Selective Collection: Category 1, 2, and 3 animal by-products must be collected in separate containers.
Contamination-Free Delivery: Handed-over by-products must not contain:
Cooking oil, swill, straw, soil, metal parts
Cleaning agents and disinfectants, plastics, binders, packaging materials
Rubber gloves, sharp tools, bulky waste, plastic crates, boxes, glass
Clothing, electronics, pesticides, rubber tires, construction rubble, cigarette butts, or other contaminants.
On-Site Safety Measures: Provision of a closed handover area and containerized storage.
Note: If handed-over by-products contain foreign materials, ATEV Zrt. reserves the right to reclassify them into a lower category and charge an additional fee to cover the incurred costs.

Required Information for Orders
Please ensure that all submitted requests include the following:
Loading location code
Species and weight of the fallen animal, or the description and weight of the animal by-product
Contact phone number where our driver can reach you

Important Operational Notes
Processing: Orders submitted outside of operating hours will be processed on the following business day.
Packaging: Please notify us if the by-product is contaminated with packaging material.
Cancellations: Please inform our company in a timely manner if you wish to cancel an order. If no by-product is handed over during the site visit, transport costs will be invoiced.
Accessibility:
Always place the by-product or carcass intended for collection in an easily accessible location.
Please inform us in advance if accessibility to the location is hindered by weather conditions or other factors.

Important Information for Livestock Keepers Regarding Transport:
Site Requirements & Access
The area must be easily accessible by truck, allowing direct parking next to the carcasses/by-products to be collected.
The area must be free of buildings, power lines, and trees that could obstruct crane operation, as these pose a safety hazard.
Preparation of Material
By-products must be handed over to our staff without packaging.
Prior to transport, please remove collars, harnesses, horseshoes, cattle ropes, and all foreign or contaminating materials from the animals.
Storage & Handling Equipment
Containers and bins must be stored exclusively on solid (concrete) surfaces, as movement is only possible under these conditions.
In the case of covered storage areas—where loading is not performed using wheelie bins—crane access must be ensured.
Please avoid overloading bins. (Note: If items are placed next to the bin, stray animals may drag the carcasses away.)
Facilities & Protocol
Provision of washing and disinfection facilities.
Provision of a "mailbox" for documents if no contact person is present at the loading location.
Establishment of a refrigerated storage unit.
Availability of a contact person’s phone number for drivers.

In daily operations, ATEV Zrt. takes every measure to ensure our vehicles do not become potential vectors for virus transmission. Our drivers receive regular training, are familiar with relevant epidemic prevention regulations as well as technical requirements, and perform their duties accordingly.
